affiliate disclosure

wagl is an edited store for well-made objects for dogs. we make money in two ways, and we want you to know which is which.

recommendations

many products on wagl link to other retailers. when you click one of those links and buy something, the retailer may pay wagl a commission. you pay the same price you would otherwise. these links are labeled "shop at" followed by the retailer's name, and every page that includes them says so near the link.

we take part in retailer affiliate programs run through networks such as Rakuten Advertising, CJ, Impact, Awin and Partnerize, and we use Skimlinks, a service that turns some links to retailers into affiliate links automatically. taking part in a retailer's affiliate program does not mean wagl is affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by that retailer or the brands it sells.

things you buy from us

some products can be bought directly on wagl.com ("add to bag"). for those, wagl is the seller and earns a margin on the order. the maker ships the order to you.

what doesn't change

• we choose what we feature. commission rates do not decide what appears on wagl, how it is ranked, or what we say about it.
• we don't sell placement. brands can't pay to be featured or reviewed. if that ever changes for a specific piece of content, it will be clearly labeled "paid partnership" or "sponsored" at the top.
• gifted items are disclosed. if a maker or brand sends us a product to photograph or try, we say so on that page.
• reviews are real. customer reviews come from people who bought the product. we don't write, buy, or filter them for being negative.
• independence. wagl is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the brands or retailers we link to unless we say so.
